I recently sent my younger brother in CO the rhubarb pie as part of his 50th birthday care package and I will share that the pie was delicious according to him…but it was a mess. We really only care about the taste so I only sharing the “mess” part so maybe changes to packaging can be made. He baked it with a cookie sheet under it so the cleanup was easy, but the pie arrived half smashed which probably didn’t help with how it baked. See attached photos.
Again, the taste was great and your customer service is amazing so keep up the great work! Just maybe consider different packaging.”
“Didnt serve it, it was a mess when it came out of the oven. The paper surrounding the pie was all stuck to the crust, very difficult accessing the pie itself.”
