“I am from MD, but live in FL. Was very excited to try the crab quesadilla - what a great appetizer to have on hand, right? Sadly, when I made them, the taste was not only lacking, but a bit fishy....I added some lemon and Old Bay, but thought later that I shouldn't have to do that....
