“I love the quality of the crab cakes. I think this company does a good job of packaging ther product and the products are good. However, last year we received crab cakes that were meaty and just about perfect. This year I ordered the reduced fat crab cakes. Big mistake as the ratio of breaded filler and meat were way off. They were bland and bready. Next year I will try again with the regular crab cakes and see what shows up.”
