“I planned to serve this on Christmas Day dinner but didn't. I used it later for french dips which was acceptable.”

“Chateaubriand (2) bags leaked all over the refrigerator during the thawing process. Not a pretty sight. Also, one of the cuts was rare and the other was almost medium. Kind of hard to prepare and serve.”

“ordered two. after thawing/warming one was rare and the other was medium rare. consistency would help”
