“Some shrimp were chewy. Sauce needs more flavor. I added Grand marnier. Sauce also gets glue-like as it cools.”

“I’m not sure what it was that was wrong with the sauce? It was close to restrant style, maybe too sweet and too Thick. Honestly everything has been great you’ve sent.”
