'cottage pies'. The shell is scary hard and remains so - even after the addition of some homemade chicken stock it all desperately needed for moisture. The beef, yes, would be better left for canning. The potato was the best part. The little pies are beautifully made for freezing and travel, but unfortunately - not for eating. We cannot recommend them, nor would I buy them again.
