“I'm exceptionally fond of Duck a L'Orange so I was exceptioally disappointed in your rendition. The cooking directions did not produce a crispy skin but left a thick layer of duck fat (yes, duck is fatty but there are ways to handle this in the cooking.) I used to ordered this from you before you stopped offering it for awhile. The previous offering was quite nice for a frozen, prepared version. The current version is just inedible.”
