“I ordered this cake for my daughter's birthday, and it was a crowd favorite. The icing cracked on top quite a bit in the thawing process (Is there a way to prevent this? Would love to know for next time—because there will be a next time!). I did my best to smooth it out and ended up just cutting up more strawberries to hide what I could.
