“We found the Turkey en Croute to be very flavorful and such a nice crispy pastry! It was extremely easy to prepare, just thaw in the refrigerator the day before and pop it in the oven. I found the cooking time to be accurate, too. We were especially impressed that the turkey was so juicy and tender, and the dressing very tasty. We had 2 meals for the two of us. It was absolutely delightful and made our stay at home Thanksgiving very special! We will do this again, even without a holiday!”
