“I can't say exactly why BryghtLabs is already asking for a review at this point in time. I think it's clumsy, because the review can only be negative at the moment.
Nevertheless, I'll start with the positive: the board and the figures seem to be of good quality and the feel is very pleasant.
Unfortunately, the board cannot be used meaningfully at the moment, because the software of the board crashes very regularly, which means that even without the app, it is hardly ever possible to actually finish a game. In addition, it is simply ridiculous that the board has to be constantly recalibrated. I really hope there will be a firmware solution.
The Android app is in a deplorable state. Not only are many promised functions still missing, it is also not possible to finish even one game online.
Please release your board quickly for the WhitePawn app, for example, or contact its developer. Then you will have a sensible solution, at least for online games.
All in all, I have to conclude that the board is currently not usable for me and I am very annoyed that I did not buy one of the e-boards from an established company like DGT or Millenium. Furthermore, I am annoyed that I, as a customer, am obviously being abused as an alpha tester (one cannot yet seriously speak of a beta version).
I find all this particularly frightening when I consider that the board was delivered about a year late and I can't even imagine what it would have looked like if it had been delivered on time.
Despite all this, I still have hope that the product will be good, but it will take some time.
Greetings
Daniel”

“Bright Labs
Hello Bryght Labs, unfortunately I still haven't received my chess set.
And I'm seriously starting to lose patience, it's already been more than a year of waiting.”
