“I have been waiting many years to go to Antarctica, as my father spent 9 months on South Georgia in 1951. A bonus of this trip was to actually go to the Antarctic Peninsula. There were many changes to the schedule, which effected some people more than others. There was nothing that Chimu could do about it, as they were all weather related, so blame mother nature. I had excellent communication with Chimu leading up to the trip and the Intrepid Team, particularly Stephi Walker, kept us informed of every change and the plans to accomodate them. Would go again, if I had the budget.”

“Antarctica was an experience beyond superlatives. The Intrepid team were energetic, knowledgeable, entertaining, safe, great fun and encouraging. Intrepid's response to the delayed arrival of the Ocean Endeavour was generous and well organised - both the refund offer and the intervening activities in Buenas Aires and Montevideo.
Karen Scholes was very helpful and patient with me, responding quickly to my various questions, as she helped me organise both my Antarctic trip and also the Galapagos trip - Gracias Karen.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed the trip to the Sub-Antarctic as well as the trip to Antarctica. Antarctica was even better in reality than what you see in photo's or videos.
The Sub-antarctic was quite different to Antarctica but wellworth the journey.”
