“The expedition team members were very knowledgeable and were responsible for creating a memorable experience. The ship was relatively small meaning it could sail into small bays and the ship's crew and hotel staff were very helpful.”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Our booking for the Brasilian side of Iguazu falls was a Sunday during a Carnivale holiday period and instead of the usual 5,000 people there were 16,000 people on one track - it was quite overwhelming and claustrophobic. The falls were beautiful and well worth going to but if I'd been aware of the timing I would have done it on a different day.

“We visited Buenos Aires and Iguazu falls and loved it all. The itinerary put together by Chimu was excellent and nicely tailored to our style of travel.”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving You need to look at the tours you offered me for the land excursion in Buenos Aires as mentioned above. In Rio, standing in extremely hot temperatures with no cover for over two hours was horrendous. Suggest the tour to Christ redemption be done first thing in the morning to avoid the extreme heat.

“After Antartica it was overwhelming to be constantly looking around and holding on to purse and iPhone, for fear of being robbed. Was constantly being warned of these dangers by hotel, uber, tour guides. The guide on the driving tour was very uninterested in doing the tour, and I felt I wanted my money, as we drove past so many sights and by the time she mentioned them we had passed them. Also, the places we did stop at were covered in the walking tour the previous day which was a much better guide.”

“My trip to Ecuador and Galápagos Islands was wonderful. Did not experience any problems. Organised toirs in Quito were fantastic with a wonderful and very knowledgeable guide. Cruise in Galápagos Islands was incredible and the upgrade Chimu got for me just "topped off" a perfect holiday. Thank you Chimu!”
