Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Too long in Buenos Aires and not enough time in Rio de Janeiro. Itinerary was a bit disjointed - didn't know who to expect from one day to the next.

Were you satisfied with the efforts taken to minimize environmental impacts during your trip?
“It all ran like clockwork and the accommodation was fantastic. I don’t think that there was anything I would change. The glaciers were incredible, I was very lucky with the weather for the whole week with it being unusually calm. Brazil had experienced some big rains so the falls had double the amount of water travelling through them than they normally would that time of year.”

“Every part of the trip was incredible! From the vineyards to the desert and back to the city, they were 3 very different places and glimpses into South America, each with their own unique aspects and memories. All hotels were beautiful, the staff, service and food were all exceptional, and our tours / day trips were all brilliant, showing us the amazing scenery and aspects of local life.”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. All of it. Tuerra Atacama stay was seamless- except for the rain!
Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving I did not love the dinner in the apartment. I think this is a bit odd being is someone's home and I think a local style restaurant would have been soooo much better. The food was not fantastic- interesting.

“Chile was a country I had not really thought of to go- But I loved it. Valparasio was fantastic- I would reccommend clients to stay here a night. Tuierra Atacama was sensational and is a real must for Chile!”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. All of our transfers were spot on time in comfortable buses. The places we stayed were very accommodating to the various dietary requirements and the excursions we did were all very interesting and exciting.
Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Maybe to be made aware of the smog situation in Santiago. People with respiratory issues should be aware just in case.

“The scenery, food and wine were all above expectations. Our Chimu hosts were very fantastic, so much knowledge and their English was easy to understand.”
