Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Would have liked one day Lisa in Cusco, every thing was closed on Sunday which was our free day. Would have liked extra day in Rio. Instead of Tigre tour in Buenos Aires we would have liked a farm trip.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. We really enjoyed the company of our many drivers and tour guides. They were a wealth of information and happy to part with their knowledge.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving We were left on two occasions alone with the owner of a clothing store and villagers of a floating reed community when it was apparent the hard sell was on. We felt very uncomfortable when we couldn’t communicate properly.

Were you satisfied with the efforts taken to minimize environmental impacts during your trip?

“Mark & I were very happy about the destinations we chose for Chimu to ‘sew’ together for our tour of mainly the western side of South America.”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. The whole land, water, site seeing and animal experience was special.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving We found the 8 day cruise aspect a struggle with washing. Coming from Australia it took 3 days to get to the Galapagos. The another 8 days in the heat and humidity trying to get clothes dry was a real struggle. What brought this home as unnecessary was because we had hot towels for everyone whenever we returned from a snorkeling excursion. Happy to pay, just need the option.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving When a pick up from hotel is arranged in itinerary it would be great if a msg is sent out day before to confirm a pick up time. I was always making a backup plan in case no one came on time to get to airports. They always came but a confirmation prior would help me to relax.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Not all the English speaking guides were very easy to understand and some definitely seemed more engaging than others.

“A fun place with many beautiful things to see, I only scratched the surface on my trip and would love to go back to explore more.”
