Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Delayed Latam flights , delayed luggage in Santiago , poor communication about checkin on code share flights- I was unable to do online checkin with either Qantas or Latam - Qantas customer assistance solved the problem on arrival in Melbournr.

“Torres del Paine is amazing - if I had been advised about walking the W track I would have signed up.”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving The hotel in Buenos Aires (Intersur Recoleta) wasn't up to the standard we expected.

Were you satisfied with the efforts taken to minimize environmental impacts during your trip?

“Both Buenos Aires and Santiago were great cities to explore for a few days before and after our Antarctic cruise. We booked city walking tours in both locations, a food tour in Buenos Aires and a day trip to Valparaiso in Chile. All of the guides were excellent and we learned a great deal about the cultures and history of Argentina and Chile.”
