“Great selection of hotels in excellent locations, day tours were better than we expected. Would recomend Chimu. Their representatives in each location contacted us via whatsapp before arrival to inform us about the activities in that area.”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Late night/early morning flights - it retrospect it would've been better to have overnighted in key places rather than have the grind of sitting in airports and trying to keep our eyes open for boarding time.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. We were contacted, met at airport, everyone punctual, English speaking guides were excellent, one a little over bearing, but that’s OK, drivers very safe felt very confident, drove with great safety.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Our stay-in Puerto Vera’s was lovely but two days in a row of itinerary just a little long. Hotel in Puerto Varas was perfect.

“Very welcoming, felt very safe, weren't in Santiago long which I believe have a safety problem. Beautiful country as far as we saw. Would love to see more,it looks incrediable. Loved what we saw.”

“The parts of seen I've liked. Ecuador ( Galapagos) in particular. It's a huge continent and very different. Very hard to rate such a diverse place and it depends one's interests.”
