Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. Standard of guides was very high and we felt comfortable with most of the drivers. We really enjoyed our time with the following guides. Saulo in Buenos Aires, Emilio in San Pedro de Atacama and Pablo in Santiago.

“We really enjoyed the whole experience. We saw and did amazing things. We had great guides and interesting tours and very good accommodation and everything went smoothly. One of us had a moderate degree of altitude sickness in Peru however we still managed to participate in all the activities.”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving The border crossing from Argentina to Chile. No information provided until requested from local agent for completion of the affidavit for the required SAG. The warning from Las Torres regarding scams and the SAG was received far too late to be of any use. NO warning was issued by Chimu nor was the correct website site details provided. Extremely annoyed by this as the situation could have been easily avoided. Dropped the ball with this, no duty of care.

“Patagonia is amazing, Buenos Aires was interesting but Santiago was disappointing.”
