“I haven't received my product. Im sure it will be very good when it arrives, but this came through just as I was sending a message enquiring into the whereabouts of my order. Unfortunately you have sent this request for a review at a very ill timed moment. Perhaps re-adjust the algorithm to send review requests after the product has been delivered. I made my order over a week ago and there has been very little correspondence. Disappointed with the customer service.”

“My husband and myself both have the masks - he has the large size - they fit well and the fact that there is a choice of size is excellent as most masks are too small for him. The wire keeps the masks in place and the adjustment behind the ears is good.
I was upset however that I repeatedly filled in my contact details to receive £5 off my first order and didn't receive a penny off. This feels like a scam and has spoiled my experience.”

“These are great masks - despite filtering out 95% particles, they feel lightweight and easy to breath through. The nose strip enables you to fit it to your face but it doesn't cling over your mouth. The most comfortable mask I have worn and comes with it's own sealable pouch - perfect! I have bought these for my kids at school too.”
“A perfect fit because of the loops were adjustable. Very comfortable but after a long time travelling to and back and waiting at hospital it got a bit hot and I had to sneak the occasional pull away from my face. But that was the same as the really cheap ones. I thought I looked quite smart!”
