But having had my first order lost in the post, Ally kindly sent a second pair with no charge, but failed to mention that I'd have to pay the postage. If something is given at no charge then there should be 'no charge'. However, they duly took the postage out of my bank account without my authorisation hence the 'Acceptable' rating.”
