“We sent the tree to our son who was not going to be home for Christmas as a result of being in a tier 4 area. He loved it and it looks wonderful. He has a balcony, so being potted, the tree will happily continue a long life on there. Thanks for your prompt delivery and for the quality of your product!”

“Tree described as pot-grown but does not look like it has been grown in the pot it was delivered in, as the soil and roots have been disturbed, so we are concerned that the tree won't actually survive after Christmas, which was the point of us purchasing a pot-grown tree. The tree we received also has a huge gap across the middle and a lot of the branches have been broken or cut at the ends. Overall very disappointed and would not order online from the Christmas Forest again, though our delivery driver was really friendly and helpful.”
