“Foundation is very good but your online colour matching service is not so good. After having a live chat with you and being told its accurate I purchased 112P but it is not the right shape for me! It would be better if you supplied samples. I now have a Foundation that is not the right colour for me and I'm also out of pocket financially as you don't do refunds/exchanges on used products.”
