“The rose gold hands appear too dark and are usually impossible to read. Due to the depth of the case, the hand normally appear black. Any other painted or luminous hands would be better. Similar models with different color scheme do not suffer from this problem. I bought this and was so frustrated such a nice looking watch was not functional. Had to stop wearing it as it did not serve its basic purpose.”

“Watch would not allow me to change the day of the week. This was a gift. Instead of sending a new watch I have to send the old one back (many steps when the gift had already been given). In the interim the person has to go without their gift. The poor rating is due to lack of customer service/care.”

“Love the layout of the watch and have really enjoyed wearing it out. Wish the band was a bit bigger but I’m a big guy. 6’1 300 lbs. hope it holds up because I want to wear this for years to come!”

“Nice looking watch as I was looking for a more formal design. This is the first watch I had difficult time setting the day and date. I would get up in the morning and one would be off. I have to get up early for work and I would check this. I finally think it is set where it should be, but I thought this is really stupid.”
