Bought in 2013, now 2024. Daily wear for me from office to farm to handyman work. It is beautiful, gets compliments, accurate and durable. 2018 broke crown off doing hard work outdoors, sent to Citizen, $60 they fixed it, resealed it, re-certified it and I had it back in less than 3 weeks. Amazing. Great customer service, great looking, accurate, durable watch. Love it.

I bought this watch on a cruise about 5 years ago and have been very satisfied with it's functionality. I wish the tick marks were luminous as well as the hands. It is very readable. All of my watches with sapphire lenses seem to last very well and are never scratched. I do often forget how to set the watch or use some of the features, but there are plenty of videos available online to remind me how that is done. Citizen makes great quality watches. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I was tired of buying watches that I had to keep spending money on replacing the battery and my citizen watches have been so reliable. Even after leaving one in a drawer for a few months, I set one of them in the light for a day or 2, did a full reset and it was back up and running like new.

Worked perfectly for the first two years. After that it started showing the wrong time and/or time zone. The second hand frequently stops even when the watch is in full daylight and the indicator shows full load. The Swedish retailer did not respond when I inquired about their warranty policy and repair costs so the watch now lives in a drawer.
