“I've had the watch for a year - I wear it when I want to dress nice. If it stays in the box it dies. It's actually quite frustrating - You buy a nice watch and it never works when you need it. 'keep it in sunlight' - I don't store my valuables where the sun can beat down on them. That's stupid. I need a watch that works consistently and reliably.”

“I expect this watch to be more accurate than the Citizen watch I purchased in 2001. In 2021 one of the buttons stopped working; this was the first and only failure. It was more economical to replace the old watch with this one. I love this watch the numbers are larger and easier for my eyes to see.”

“Love it. This is my third Citizen in almost 20 years, and I love all 3. My first 2 I wore in Iraq and Afghanistan during my deployments. I also just purchased 2 Pro-Masters for my grandsons.”

“I love the watch! Looks great and super functional. It is a lot heavier than my other watches but nothing I didn’t get used to. Only complaint is the buttons are so big and stick out so much they are constantly getting pressed changing the mode. Not a huge problem, just a little annoying.”

“Although the watch looks and feels nice, be black coating started chipping off within 1 week of light wear. For $500+ this shouldn't be an issue”

“Nice watch, keeps time to the very second. Band broke on the 4th day I wore it. I'm extremely easy on everything I own and work and office job. Needless to say I returned it for a full refund.”
