The only thing better than the watch was the service Citizen provided during the ordering process.

Works great and looks great for a daily watch. Very reliable. Note it’s a Diver style but practically speaking it’s more of a field watch. IE: Downsides are bezel is fixed and the lume is weak making tough to read in very low light. Date field is very small too. But overall good value.

This beautiful watch was delivered within a week of ordering. It looks better than watches hundreds (or thousands) of dollars more expensive. I own other Citizen watches, and I look forward to enjoying this one for many years to come.

I fell in love with this watch when I saw it, from the style to the color, but was disappointed when I received the watch and noticed that the bezel doesn't turn. I hope my boyfriend still likes it.

I loved the look at the watch, but after wearing it about 15 times the bracelet broke where it connects to the watch face. I was informed that the warranty only covers the watch mechanism and not the bracelet. So after 75 days of owning the watch, I’m having to pay to have it fixed. I’ll never buy another citizen watch again.
