“A very nice watch for the price. I bought it because it has the features that I was looking for such as day and date and obviously the fact that it is an analog watch. I did change the band to a NATO strap. I liked the look and fit better than the original band that came with the watch but you can’t go wrong either way.”

“I am unfortunately not happy with this watch for the following reasons: The watch face colour does not match the colour depicted in the marketing photo. The real colour is dark blue which looks black in all lighting other than strong light. See photo. I would not have chosen this watch if I knew this. True, the spec says dark blue, but why use a green picture? CITIZEN must fix this misrepresentation. The strap is ridiculously stiff. It may loosen up with time but who knows... The date is recessed from the face and not particularly easy to read. The second hand does not line up with the ticks correctly. This is a small point but then again this is a $200 watch, not a $20 one.”

Thank you for your feedback. Different monitors and screens can register colors differently, which is why we've made sure our description notes the dark blue dial. Regarding the hands not being synchronized, I would suggest doing a full charge of your watch in direct sunlight. It is possible your watch was not charging in optimal conditions prior to your purchase from one of our authorized retailers. I hope this helps!
