As pointed out by others, the anti-reflective coating on the sapphire glass could be better and the face could be more readable in dim light. The lume is bright initially but dims very quickly. But I knew these things going in and they were not deal breakers because the overall value and quality of this watch are outstanding. Well worth the price for the excellent features that you get. Awesome job Citizen. I absolutely love wearing this watch.

I set this watch to my phone's clock about a month ago and it's still keeping within about a half-second. It looks great on my wrist (8.5") with the classic aviator look. The numbers are easy to read. Don't expect much from the lume, but it does exist. :-) My 12yo son picked it up and said it felt cheap to him because it was so light. That's titanium for you... But I love the fact that it's that light! Being able to customize the length of the bracelet was invaluable to me. I will definitely be coming back!

Crown keeps popping out which causes the watch to not keep time. I think my long sleeve dress shirts push the crown out. I did not purchase directly from Citizen and Independent Jeweler will not accept a return after 7 days. Watch returned to Citizen for repair.

If there were a 3½ star option, I would have chosen that. I love the light weight of the titanium and the way the watch feels. Mine keeps excellent time. The major issue and I would say flaw is the crown. It pops out way too easily. I've never had this issue with any other watch. The crown actually broke off and I had to have it replaced which was a good percentage of the price of the watch. You have to be extremely careful with it especially when putting on or taking off a jacket or long sleeve shirt as not to disrupt the crown. I try to only wear it in summer while wearing short sleeve. If not for this issue it would get 5 stars.

I like the watch, but I had to file the edges of the bracelet with a file. It was sharp and has cut into my wrist. It is pity, that this detail was not observed and solved by manufacturer.

I ordered directly from Citizen so I could have the watch sized, and this cost more than buying the watch elsewhere. What I received was a previously worn watch that was improperly sized. 1. There was no protective wrap on the watch. I've purchased new Citizen watches from dealers, and they always have protective plastic wrapping the band and watch. This watch was very obviously previously owned. 2. There are very obvious scratches on the edge and backside of two links. The person who owned the watch previously obviously did a ham-fisted job of adding links. Or is this damage from someone at Citizen doing the sizing that I ordered? Equally worrisome no matter what. 3. The watch was not sized correctly. I carefully measured my wrist using the sizing guide printed from the website. However, the watch came almost two links too large. I removed a link and used clicked it in one click on the fit adjuster. It's ok now. I will keep the watch because the scratches will not necessarily be visible, but it is a serious concern to order from here again. Either I'm getting pre-owned stock or the folks doing the sizing are not taking even the minimum amount of care in the work.

Watch meets what I was looking for, very light and easy to read (except the date is difficult for older eyes -1 star and is too recessed making it even harder to read). The next star off was due to the protruding crown. When wearing this on the left side and not being extremely tight it will come down hit your wrist bones which is annoying so much I switched it to my right side. It would be nice to have an option for the crown to face towards elbow for left hand wearing watch people (maybe two versions). I can move it to my right wrist to prevent the crown from causing this issue, but it's seems unnatural to me to wear it on the right side.

Fast and reliable service. I'm 6' 3" tall and have a larger than average wrist circumference. I love the option that you can choose your wrist size for the band when ordering a watch. The convenience of this option cannot be overstated. if you order the same watch from a site like Amazon or similar, a one size fits all band is sent attached to the watch. If the watch doesn't fit, you need to take it to a watch repair shop and have links either added or removed. If band links need to be added, that's another additional cost. Citizen includes this service in the price of their watch.
