The watch is great. The directions for setting were not intuitive, however. I had to go to a jeweler who explained to me that the watch crown had to be loosened to set the watch. This step was not explicitly stated in the online video. Otherwise, very happy.

I purchased this watch specifically to wear on duty as a firefighter/EMT. I’ve had it for a couple months and it’s performed well. Having worn stainless steel bracelet watches before, I can say that the Super Titanium is much more scratch resistant and has held up well. The lume is no joke the absolute best I’ve ever had on a watch. I’ve owned a Rolex 16610 Submariner, Omega Speedmaster, two SMP 300’s, and an Aqua Terra, and none of those compare to how well the lume shines both when fully charged and at its lowest level. I’d even go so far as to say it’s more legible in complete darkness than my Luminox with tritium tubes. A couple issues though. The bezel insert and chapter ring are really poorly aligned, and the secondary clasp on the bracelet is really loose. If it was possible to get an OEM Citizen Promaster rubber strap along with the titanium bracelet, this would be the perfect everyday “tool watch” for the price point.

It is an excellent design and very practical tool watch. Unfortunately the band is somewhat short, it is OK on the wrist but it is too short to wear it on a thick, cold weather diving suit, which is by design intended for.

I purchased this watch for myself as a first Father’s Day gift, I remember my dad having a Citizen watch and I wanted one as well. This is also my first nicer watch. My everyday wear watch is a GPS running watch so I knew going into this I would only be wearing the Promaster going out/special occasions etc. After buying this watch I kind of went down a rabbit hole of the watch world and I do regret my purchase of this watch. I thought the Eco-Drive would hold a little more battery but since I don’t wear it very often it must have died and has now developed a delay in the second hand. I have worn it outside on sunny days, left it under a lamp and still has the delay. Changing the time and date is a huge pain. It’s very hard to unlock and pull out. Overall it’s a great looking watch, love the style of a diver and it’s very light since it’s titanium. I need to take it to a Citizen store for them to diagnosis the problem. If I had to do it again I would have gone with a different watch.

I am a big fan of Citizen watches but this one is now among my favorites. It fits well and feels good wearing. It also has a classic look and is not over burdened with too many dials and buttons. I really love this watch; it will become my everyday wear.

I really like it. Great for a starter watch, and works with both casual and professional outfits.

The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the watch doesn’t work well with different straps. Other than that I love it. It is super light weight and feels good on the wrist. Dial is crisp movement is smooth.

The good - titanium and light. The bad - the date window. So small that I wonder why it is even a feature on this watch. Hopefully, Citizen will make a change in the future to put a bubble or make it larger.
