“I was worried that this watch would be too small since I normally wear 42mm watches. But this Promaster Tough has a very clear and legible watch face. The green color and analog numbers make the watch very easy to read. Can't beat this watch with the sapphire crystal, lightweight titanium band and solar charging.”

“Tough and easy to view even in low light make it perfect for us seniors with compromised vision. Highly recommend. Difficult to size the band though so have it done before shipping.”

“I'm a big fan of Citizen watches and have several EcoDrive and automatic watches, but this one was really disappointing. It looked much better in the website pictures. I was so disappointed by its appearance that I returned it the next day. On a positive note, the return process was fairly quick and easy. Citizen Watches of America provided a pre-paid UPS return label and authorization. I purchased a Promaster Skyhawk A-T Blue Angels edition instead.”

“I bought it at Macy's in Garden State Plaza a few weeks ago, and haven't taken it off since. Albert K at the watch department helped and he's my go-to guy. Very comfortable to wear. It feels very strong and quiet visually. Very legible dial, and there's something cozy about the colors and font and general design of this watch. Wish the bracelet tapered a little bit. But I love it like a simple Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date in quartz.”

“Incredible watch! Actually purchased this to replace my Apple Watch Ultra. I’ve always been a classic watch guy, but also love technology. Recently, however, I been wanting to get away so to speak from all the alerts and just media that floods my brain. So I wanted a watch that was titanium and could handle everything I throw at it like intense hiking and workouts. This fits the bill! Numerals are very nice and the luminous aspect is phenomenal! Watch is very comfortable and sits well on the wrist… I actually am able to sleep with this no problem and wear it everywhere. Also, the green face is just beautiful in person. One other huge perk is the fact it’s solar powered and to be honest… part of the reason to stop using Apple Watch is the annoying battery always being dead and having to recharge. Not anymore! I’m very happy with this watch and I’m actually considering purchasing the black face as well! Great buy and highly recommend it. Just one more thing is the spherical crystal. Very nice touch! Also, I would like to add if there is one thing that I didn’t like. I notice that the second hand doesn’t hit every marker 100% accurately. This obviously is a cosmetic detail because the watch holds perfect time down to the minute. At this price point that issue would probably be I would assume a common issue. I would say the second hand hits 70% of the markers perfect, not a huge issue because the overall quality and appearance makes up for this.”

“Overall, I really like this watch. The dial is legible and the green is a lovely shade. However, I have a few issues with the watch…1) the band has very sharp edges (almost dangerously so), particularly the clasp; 2) the band catches and pulls hair like no other watch I’ve worn. I usually sleep with my watches on, and I find this one’s band makes me have to make sure my arm isn’t near my beard for fear of pulling; 3) the lume is very bright, but there is distortion caused by the glass, making the time harder to read in the dark. One other note: the watch was sized correctly, but it was sized on the last micro-adjust hole of the clasp. This was an issue since my arm swells throughout the day. I had to add one of the links back and then adjust the clasp.”

“This watch checks off all the boxes for a great price. “Tough” is spot on. Great everyday watch that looks good with the bracelet it comes with and the NATO straps I’ve put on.”
