“The value on this watch is tremendous. It's tough enough for my line of work, and the strap fit better than any watch I've owned. The time-keeping is outstanding. My only critique is the lume doesn't glow for very long. Wish this watch had an LED.”

“The unit is large but not too large on my wrist. I love the fact that it is rugged, and looks the part, but also fits my lifestyle. A watch I can wear to the gym, no problem. I love the build quality of the watch AND the strap. I wear it almost every day as it is very comfortable. I bought it off the Citizen website. The service was great and the delivery quick. I could not be happier.”

“Bought this watch 2 weeks ago. Some things that are not really obvious from the website: 1. It's not a dive watch - the outer minute bezel does not rotate. I't just a fake look. 2. the two sub dials at 12 and 6 have a mirror finish, same for the main hour and minute hands. This makes the face "sparkle" in any light - out of keeping with the rest of the watch theme. 3. The band is VERY stiff, to the point of being uncomfortable. 4. The date indicator is unreadable - it's deeply buried in it's little hole. 5. The 24 hour dial is not in synch with the watch, even after adjustment. Would I buy it again? No. Is it well made? Seems to be, so far.”

“I bought my Promaster Tough as a Xmas gift for myself. Great overall appearance and extremely luminous hands and markers. The band is stiff, but it needs to be to withstand aging. My only overall issue is the difficulty viewing the date. Definitely could be improved, but not a barn burner as I bought it for the overall appearance and to wear at work, where I wouldn't even think of wearing my Crown Jewel PCAT or the other inferior brand watches I own. I'm sold on Citizen watches and wish all the watches in my collection were Citizen brand as well.”

“I bought this watch 2 years ago. I wear it everyday and I am a general contractor. I’ve hit it on different things so many times including hard metals and not a single scratch on the sapphire Crystal or the watch body itself. Still looks as good as new when cleaned up. My favorite watch purchase ever!!! It’s ARMY STRONG… HOOAH!”
