“Mine was delivered UPS last week. I checked the watch using a 5X watchmaker's loupe and there was not a single scratch or mar anywhere on the product including the band! Superb workmanship! After reading the downloaded manual I was able to set the watch to a different time zone in the US. This went smoothly! The watch came fully charged, and I set it on a window sill to top off the charge. Overnight it was placed and oriented at a location optimum to receive the radio signals per design (see manual). The following morning I checked the validity of the radio signal updating as well as the charge level; both checked out fine! Next I proceeded to adjust the band to suit my wrist using the special tools that I own. No issues in that operation. Overall, I am very happy with the quality and performance of this watch, and am happy to recommend this purchase to others. I also recommend reading and understanding the manual in order to make settings an easy task.”

“I owned my previous Citizen Eco-Drive watch for 10+ years and wore it all the time from everyday activities to hunting in the mid west, skydiving and scubadiving without ever having to worry my watch failing me. After a long life the glass let moisture thru and I decided it was time for a new one. After looking at my options this model caught my eye as it was visually very similar to my old timer. From day one when I received the watch I noticed that my clasp would come undone by it self, similar to other negative reviews about this watch. A few months into the ownership, at a company retreat I was zip lining. In the morning I had my watch, in the afternoon the woods had it. Extremely desipointed by quality of the clasp. I will now have to look for an alternative elsewhere.”

“I fell in love with the style and features, and had to buy it. It has the best fit and comfort of the other brands in my collection and it's the highest quality watch. It was awkward at first setting everything and learning all the functions but the manual simplified it. Perfect weight and size for me. Of all the PCAT models available, it's very easy to read at a glance because the 24 hr subdial is better laid out with markers for each hour unlike other PCAT models and better highlighted markers for the day of week layout. For me, the dials and features are easy to read at a glance. The luminous hands outdo my other watches that are other brands. I rarely wear my other watches anymore. If I come across another PCAT that's silver/gold and the identical complete dial markers I'll buy it, even though I really don't need 6 watches”
