I have a Citizen Satellite Wave Watch (Caliber: F150) that I bought some time ago. While it does not have the "spherical" Crystal (mine is flat) and it does not have the "color accents", Also, the hands on my watch are fully "coated" with "luminescent material" while the hands on the "Freedom" Watch appear to have much less material and the bracelet on my watch is a metallic silver. In any event, it appears to be functionally IDENTICAL to the Satellite Wave GPS Freedom Watch pictured. I do not understand the issues raised regarding "time zone" and "summer time" since my documentation indicated pretty clearly that the *GPS Signal* would NOT be "able" to set the Time Zone for me and that I would have to do it *manually*. I add that the watch appears to include the ability to "receive" Atomic Clock Broadcasts (which DO allow the Time Zone to be set automatically). My only complaint was that in the list of Cities, Jerusalem was NOT included (though I think that Athens is in the same time zone). I would strongly suggest this watch to anyone truly "careful" about time... I should add that I purchased an inexpensive "cool fire" light (which consists of multiple LED "bulbs" and provides a VERY bright light). Because I have multiple Citizen Watches, I sometimes do not wear some models and store them in the dark. When the "battery" on such a watch would indicate loss of power, I simply exposed the watch to the "cool fire" light and ended up with a full charge after a relatively short time.

My wife bought it for me, because I travel all over the world. I'm a tech geek who love the new gadgets. I really geeked out over this watch. when I was flying over sea's airplane(window seat), I was able to update my time zone, from my currently location (In the middle of the Atlantic) I know, Im easily amused. I love this watch!

Watch malfunctioned, could not set calendar or daylight savings time. I found out the watch is also discontinued. When sent in for repair, they have to order parts from Japan. Expect in 60 days or more. I guess that is why it was discontinued..not reliable and no part available...Looks like I have a $1000 paper weight.
