“Nice watch. But had to take it to my local Jewler to size the watch band. Turns out they are a Citizens dealer. Seems like Citizens direct should work with their local dealer to support their products? For excellence in customer service. The watch is great otherwise.”

“My husband bough this watch for me maybe 16 years ago, its been a long time ago. just cannot place exact. I do know this watch is beautiful and functional- my old standby. When my apple watch stopped working because I got it wet, I reached for this time peace and I am enjoying it all over again. The marcasite around the face and the mother of pearl make this watch truly beautiful. The quality and durability is unparalleled.”
