“I have several Citizen Watches and have been happy with them . So when I wanted a smart watch they were my first choice. My first two years I would have given it 5 stars just over the two year mark my watch started fogging up on my wrist .I took it to a jeweler that sells Citizen and I was told it would have to be sent it to Citizen to be repaired . So they boxed it up and sent it in, almost two months later i get it back only to find out they did nothing saying they could not get parts . How can a manufacturer that mass produces watches not get a seal for a watch the still sell ?”

“Magical smart watch loaded with trendy functions. Battery lasts at least one week and is simple to recharge. Learned how to operate the watch from software downloaded to smart phone and some intuition. Found the user manual lacking and at times downright confusing. I hereby offer to write a better one.”

“For the sale price it is a adequate smartwatch. It has the base features of each smartwatch and the analog timekeeping is a unique bonus. The customizable dial and info readout are also useful and not found everywhere. The amount of things it can do is impressive at any price, battery life is great. On the downside I'm surprised Citizen put their name on a piece that keeps time so poorly, unless connected to a phone in which case it's 0.5 seconds from perfect at all times. There exist community features that can be added from the app but are altogether useless for most people. It always tells me there's 0% chance of rain even if it's pouring out, there's no in-app or online help for this. The response time to button presses leaves a lot to be desired.”

“I purchased this watch 3 weeks ago. I was looking for an affordable smart watch that I could use at work and gym, to measure steps and heart rate. Very basic watch with a nice fit and super amazing battery life. I charged it 3 weeks ago and have yet to charge it again. Only down side is the lighting, very difficult to read in the dark.”

“I bought this paperweight 3 days ago and it will not connect to any of the 5 phones in our house. I will be returning this watch and buying another brand that actually works. Definately DO NOT RECOMMEND!”

“Lots of nice features on this watch. I've always preferred analog hands but was curious about smartwatches so this watch is perfect for me. The only constructive criticism I can offer: The battery is great (12-14 days per charge for me) but could it be even better if Citizen added its Eco-Drive technology? That's a really small complaint because compared to 99% of the smartwatches out there, this one excels in the battery category.”

“The website stated the watch was water resistant to 3 atm. The watch arrived and the paperwork stated to not even dive into water while wearing the watch. Unacceptable for me, otherwise it seemed like a decent watch.”
