“The watch is sleek and well designed. I wore this watch for 1 week and then the watch quit charging. Had to return hope Citizen get this resolved as i have never had any problems with previous citizen watches.”

“The watch is a little over priced for what it is. Would be a better watch if it was water resistant to any depth, unfortunately it is only splash proof. It counts my steps and heart rate, that’s all I really use. I did not want to receive messages or have apps, in that way it is a great watch. If it was water proof I would have given 5 stars.”

“It’s a quality watch. Does not have color for image faces only black and white. As a stand alone very good watch. Just use to Apple Watches. But definitely a solid purchase”

“I recently got my first Citizen CZ Hybrid. I did what I thought was a lot of research on this watch however robot and automatic ratings made it out better than it is. The 4.5 ratings is not accurate or acceptable. Working in law enforcement I had high hopes and respect for Citizen however this was sub par at best. This watch does not do well tracking fitness workouts. 5 minutes into a work out it will vibrate and ask if you want to keep monitoring. It should tell by my heart rate and movements I am still working out. The back light or what ever Citizen calls it works whenever it wants. I have found absolutely no way to read the digital face or messages on the screen in low light or dark settings.Attempts with Citizen help desk have not been helpful and aggravating for the amount of time spent trying to talk with someone to get no correction to my watch. The placement of the buttons are not ideal. While working out you will notice the watch has switch through multiple modes or functions and will be on a screen you did not want or attempt to go to. The apps on the watch are great. A lot of information and fitness tracking abilities. Not sure on the complete accuracy however I have not worn comparable watches and did the exact same routine to compare vs other watches. The watch has great potential however at this time even when I bought mine on sale do not let the 4.5 star rating fool you. There are better comparable watches on the market right now.”

“This citizen smart watch is pretty cool. It is not like most other watches. Not a full touch screen. You can double tap to light the screen for better visibility. You can see text messages and weather pop up on the screen which is still very cool, especially if you can not have your phone with you.”

“This watch is great for everyday use and also dress up an outfit. The watch band is durable and easy to put on. The face plate has different option for background; camo. Easy to connect with my phone and easy to receive data and has great range. Ideal size and not too small. Lightweight feel. Great value. Quality made, I have been wearing for 2 months and no issues.”

“Love this watch, can't say it enough. I don't need my watch to have a ton of different apps and capabilities and this is just simplistic enough to do everything I need my watch to do; tell time, count steps, message alerts, running, and music control. Super super simple with nothing over the top and is aesthetically pleasing in that it LOOKS like a sleek sports-watch before finding out all of its capabilities. Battery life is 15 days as well, I believe, so another added benefit is not feeling the need to constantly leave it charging or searching for your charger. The only real negative is that it's just water resistant, but not water proof, so you can't fully submerge it without running the risk of damage.”

“I've been using another smartwatch for the last four or five years. When I switched to the Citizen CZ Smart Watch, the first thing I notice was how comfortable the watch was. From the band to the actual watch, it felt really good on my wrist -- better than any smart watch I've ever worn. I love the big face of the watch. It's large and bulky -- just what I like in a watch. The screen on the watch is really incredible. It doesn't look like a screen AT ALL but it is. Using the Citizen Connected app, you can customize the watch face a number of ways. The possibilities seem endless -- or you can use a pre-designed face. I wore the watch while working at a desk and while working in the yard. It got super dusty and dirty but easily cleaned up by running it under some water. Overall, I'm very pleased with this watch and like it much more than I expected. The only downside is the size of the text on the screen when notifications come in from your phone. The text is pretty small and there's no backlight to light up the screen so if you're in low light, it is a bit difficult to read. That's my only criticism.”
