“This is the second watch of this model I have bought for my fiancee as an engagement gift. With the first one being sent back for water damage from swimming in the lake and then being stolen by UPS during shipping. He liked it so much even after water damage when it shouldn’t have damaged the watch he wanted the same one again. Shows how much he liked it.”

“This hybrid smartwatch has everything I needed and wanted. I had two requirements when looking for a watch, (1) battery life. Minimum 2 weeks (2) phone notifications, for calls and messages. This watch had exactly that, with 4 weeks of battery for the "analog" watch and 2-3 weeks for the smartwatch. I couldn't see myself taking calls on my watch, but needed a watch to let me know when I had incoming calls or messages. All the extra features are a bonus, step count, workout monitoring, etc. I had a simple ask and my Citizen smartwatch answered it. Even better was the online Boxing day sale, 50% off, which tipped the scale for me to get it. I love the look and feel. It's simple, but very smart.”

“Great looking feels like a Citizen Watch of which I have had many The hybrid is unique as it looks like a normal watch but has most of the features of my Fitbit I think directions in setting up are somewhat challenging for a senior and not very computer savvy I do recommend this hybrid!!”

“I love my Eco Drive and this is not what I expected from Citizen. I guess they should stay in their lane and get out of smart watches. The app drains the battery on my smartphone and continually disconnects from the watch. The watch itself is frustrating to use. It's constantly moving the clock hands for notifications. The buttons on the side are large and get accidentally pressed doing the same thing. The backlight is useless so The clasp on my bracelet was vert hard to secure. I'll be returning it.”

“I loved the watch, but returned it because it had connectivity issues with the cz smart app, the app would be running In the background of my phone but on the watch it would say make sure it’s running, that was the only thing that annoyed me, other than that it was great, the dit and finish was really good”

“Backlight won't come on when I need it to. The faces have like 4 customizations that all suck. My messages will not come up. It constantly vibrates for no reason. Maybe becuase it connects and disconnects constantly. Highly dissapointed”
