“I attempted to order this watch. However your system glitched and said the order did NOT go through after entering all my info. I took a screen shot but I will not bother uploading it. Customer service was closed it was a Sunday.I ordered the watch from Macy's instead. What a surprise when 2 days later I received a shipping confirmation. I NEVER received an order confirmation. Immediately chat room customer service with Ryan, you CANNOT have a verbal discussion with anyone and he blasely told me to just return it. However they charged my account for the $600 purchase price and it will be weeks before my money is returned.”

“This watch is phenomenal! The only rating you can give it is 5 stars. If you are on this site viewing this model you already know what you are getting. This review is just to highlight some of the qualities that stood out to me. When it comes to ease of use, time keeping and functionality the Skyhawk a-t is perfect. I get so many compliments on this watch. It is large enough to be masculine, but not too big as to appear unsightly. Yes its stainless and it can scratch easily if you are not mindful. However, this watch is built to withstand everyday use and abuse. So far the case, bezel, and band are in excellent shape. I've even hit the gym in this watch. The ease of switching between time modes when traveling is effortless once you learn how to do so. Set your time and forget. For this watch I set the band length myself which was quite easy to do. And lest not forget the charging. I have had another E650 watch which has lasted me for nearly a decade, still keeps time and recieves signal like new. not to mention it still looks fantastic! you really cannot not beat citizen quality. So put in your order, set it to receive signal and in start enjoying a quality time piece! Best watch I have ever owned in fact I bought the titanium version of this watch as well. If you or a loved one is looking for a fine quality watch who appreciates a well-made watch, then look no further. Oh, and did I mention I get compliments on this watch all the time?”

“Guys get this watch. Great everyday no nonsense watch. It’s rugged as it is elegant. Having owned one of my other citizen watches for 10 years I can safely say these watches and their eco drive charging works! I don’t abuse them nor wear them all in rotation, but they charge right up, sync with radio, and the watch is ready to go. I was in the market for a new daily watch that was bigger and more versatile than my previous citizen watches. Enter the Skyhawk AT. I had to order this. The materials used are top tier and make the watch appear higher end than it is. The controls are intuitive and meaningful. The small digital display is neat and legible. The size and weight of the watch seems like a lot. But I assure you-you won’t even know it’s there. I’m biased as I wear larger watches regularly. But I’m 6’2 250 and the watch looks perfect. I specifically noticed that the watch band clasp closers are significant thicker. Not that the other citizen watches are not robust steel. But the Skyhawk has a much nicer band design. The radio syncing and battery life are all great. Even with low signal I was able to get time from the tower. I might try with stronger signal in case results vary. Overall extremely pleased with this purchase. Will definitely be buying another in titanium soon too. Gents treat yourselves. Ladies if your man wears a timepiece consider treating him to a Citizen Skyhawk-AT. Highly recommended this watch!”

“The watch is built well, but setting basic functions like the time etc, shouldn’t be that difficult. Citizen needs to hire a new watch designer.”
