“I bought this watch a month and half ago. I wore it for 3 DAYS ONLY. Now I do admit that I wore this watch to work, and I work in a factory that has chemicals in it. BUT, for CITIZEN to tell me and the Jeweler who sent the watch back to them, that this is NORMAL is WRONG. Like I said, this is just 3 DAYS of wearing it and you can see in the photo the scuff and the silver showing through on the black band. My Jeweler paid to have the band replaced, but I think this is pretty POOR SERVICE from CITIZEN. I will say that the watch and the workings are very nice, but I am sure that the black on the outside of the watch will come off in no time as well, and my Black Watch will become a Stainless steel watch on it's own.”

“I bought my watch on a cruise, and I haven't taken it off. It's my everyday piece I have other watches hi and low end and citizen is by far my favorite.”
