“I received this watch for my birthday to replace an Apple Watch that the battery had expanded, and I could not be happier. The watch has a great face, easy to ready, and was easy to pair with my Apple iPhone. I have zero issues with battery life and I wear it roughly 10 hours a day. I do not workout with it, so cannot attest to how long the battery would go including a workout. I have received many compliments about the look and style of my watch. I am so happy I made this choice! I am a proud Citizen watch customer for over 20 years and you can't be the quality.”

“The watch is fashionable but the battery life is lagging”

“I love everything about this smartwatch other than the battery life. I run out before the day is over every day. As a diabetic I use the Dexcom link that tracks my blood sugar and this is a draw on the battery. By 5:00PM the battery is down to 25%. Just a warning if battery life is important. Otherwise very happy with the look, feel and function.”

“I chose the middle. Not so user friendly - granted I'm tech challenged. I'm a Citizen man so it was , for me , the logical - "Smart" choice.”

“The Google user interface (app) that this watch depends on is not so great. And when compared to a FitBit interface (app), it completely fails. As others have said, the battery life is terrible, especially when compared to a FitBit. I like the look and feel of the different faces, but due to the lousy user interface, this smart watch misses the mark. But Citizen could easily remedy this by demanding a better app from Google. But the battery issue is here to stay.”

“If you plan on using all the watch features for Fit you will have to charge the watch daily. And if you forget you will lose track of what you did like steps. Plus the steps are not accurate at all.”
