“This watch has a beautiful appearance like Citizen watches are known for. Being the first smart watch from Citizen it does present some challenges for this senior citizen. The short battery life before needing a charge is especially apparent when learning the watches multiple features. It does recharge quickly, but precludes you from enjoying all the features, including the tutorials when you are orienting yourself to the operating system and software features. The cost puts the watch at the high end of smart watches. I am hoping that Citizen takes customer feedback and address the feedback they receive to enhance future models and software upgrades.”

“The battery will not last a full day & it keeps disconnecting from the app. Love the look & style, totally disappointed with the functionality.”

“I’m sending it back. It doesn’t work well with iPhone and the pictures don’t do it justice, they show a cool face but after a few seconds (when it goes to sleep) it reverts to a wall clock looking face and it’s lame.”

“I selected this watch for my lifetime commitment to the style of Citizen watches. I was 100% ok with the looks and the feel, 5 stars to Citizen. Unfortunately the battery lasts 10-12 haha a at most, this won’t work for me.”

“Bought this watch for my husband for Christmas. He has two other chronograph Citizen watches that he loves so felt this would be a good change for him. He loves this watch! Very easy to use and the functions of the watch are great. It's hard for him to decide which watch to wear now! This watch is sleek and stylish and works geat! Great buy!”
