“Fantastic watch for most of my needs. Fits great and feels great, easy to set up and use and OS/Wear is always updating and giving more functionality. My only problem is with battery life doesn't last more than 12hrs before it starts to go on standby and power save before completely dying and shutting off. Would love to see better battery life as well as easier charging since the charging base is so slim and contact points need to line up properly.”

“Appearance is nice. Technology is very underwhelming for the $$. Not up to Citizen standards in my opinion. I would not recommend this product. If I paid $100 this watch would be acceptable but not $400.”

“This watch was for my son, who wanted a smart watch that wasn't plastic and looked like a swatch watch! He was so excited when he found this watch, and I ordered it for him for Christmas. I did give it to him early, because of the 30 day money back guarntee, but he loves it!”

“I've had the watch for about a month now, and there are some positives, but a fair amount of negatives. The fitness tracking is highly inaccurate. For a 10k step day, the watch habitually undercounts 2.5k steps. The heart rate meter also struggles to accurately track your activity, show grossly under counts how much activity you're getting. It's also tough to pair with the citizen app. The other smart functions work well enough, but you have to turn off a lot of primary features for the watches battery to last the whole day. Running on only base functions, the watch lasts about 2 days. On the plus, the watch LOOKS great, but looks only get you so far.”
