“Good looking watch. The idle face of the watch is a bit disappointing, so I typically use no face. Otherwise it’s a nice watch.”

“Hardware is very poor. Hasn't SpO2, has an old processor 3100 (there is 4100 already), too thick. And too few working hours. Software is usual wearOS but due to small battery capacity it will need to charge every day.”

“I really love and appreciate the products you guys put out. I really love and appreciate the products you guys put out This is my 3rd citizen watch. And for the 1st generation of smart watches I believe you guys did a great job. Truly love it over my Samsung watch that I now only use for work. The only thing that I can say that could improve it if it was eco drive. Look forward to seeing what you guys do with the newer generations.”

“I'm really enjoying this watch. I had an Apple Watch in the past but if feel apart on me. The only issue I have is not with the watch but with WearOS.”

“I love this watch, but do wish it had a better water rating as it is good for basic splashes, but the manual does not recommend use in showers, baths, pools, swimming, etc. It is very good for Citizen's first entry into the SmartWatch line of products. I only hope they continue to work at improving and expanding the CZ Smart line of watches.”
