I’m disappointed about the short battery life. Can’t sleep in it because it has to be charged for the next day.

A good looking and sturdy smart watch. While I'm overall pleased with this watch, I'm disappointed with the lack of watch face options.

I received a defective item. Quit working within 24 hours. Attempted charging for another 24 hours and never charged or turned back on.

I really only want a smart watch for text notifications and this works great with my android. I have always been use to real watches so I was hoping this could bridge the gap and thats exactly what this does. If you are looking for a smart watch but has real watch looks, look no further.

The Citizen Smart WearOs is the perfect blend of traditional watch design with the features of a modern fitness tracker. The app is easy to set up and use, and the watch accurately keeps track of your heart rate and steps. The battery life is good, but I wish it were better (though this is probably because I switched from an echo drive).

The Citizen CZ Smart watch is sleek, classic and is a high tech smart watch. I receive all my text messages and calls from my phone via the watch. The display screen is substantial and certainly visible to read on. The watch it ideal for working out while on. It has the ability to track my steps and heart rate. When the battery is in extended mode is lasts 2-3 days.

My wrist is not really very large, so I did have to take some links out. I have adjusted watches in the past on my own with a kit that I bought online so I did not have to take it to a jewelry shop to adjust the band to the correct size, but this watch is just a little larger on my wrist than I have worn in the past but not overly way to large. So, after installing and sizing the bands I charged the watch for the initial setup. I used my computer for the initial charge but noticed that the charging cord did not have the little “USB” imprint on it that I normally see with other USB ports to indicate if you are trying to shove the cord into your computer incorrectly to not damage your computer. As far as setting up the watch the directions in the box are minimal. I downloaded and used the app on my phone to configure and pair the watch and almost all the setup really seemed to go through the app on my phone. After pairing with my phone, it did not seem to be syncing completely so I did a reset on the watch and re-set up the watch from factory setting again and for some reason that seemed to do the trick to get it set up. Upon starting the watch is does run you through a tutorial on how to use the watch which I highly recommend taking the 5-15 minutes running through it as it was very beneficial to understanding navigating and using the watch. I do like the “classic” look of the watch and it does seem to be built of quality materials and I love the classic look. It does have quite the range of options/apps. One feature that I thought was interesting was the find my phone app which would make your phone ring to find it if you are in close enough Bluetooth range to make it ring. To get proficient with the watch it does take some time but I do like getting notifications on my watch when my phone is in my pocket as that is convenient.

Very nice watch, lots of nice features, apps to use right from the start. I will connect with Google pay, you have to activate it on the watch each time you want to use it. the Heart rate monitor works okay, I have it comfortable and not slipping on my wrist and it still won't pick up all the time for HR. Call wise if connects with your phone very easily and the find phone feature is nice to have, though I honestly wish there was a reverse find watch option in the wear OS. Battery charges FAST which is great because if you use the full features function it lasts me around 3/4 a day. If you use the extended life option it will last probably about a day and a half. In the 10 minutes I've been writing for example it charged 10%, fast is almost an understatement. Looks wise great look, love the multiple and downloadable faces this watch can get. Replying to texts on the face is surprisingly accurate, even with my larger hands it works very well, either with just the swipe, or with the predicted text. My only real complaint comes from the placement of the assistant tab and power feature. The faux winding of the watch, when depressed will activate the assistant feature. I like to wear my watch on the left, so anytime I lean my hand up it activates and restarts the watch. It happens all the time. So much I tend to swap it to might right before wanting to remove it entirely. Aside from some remapping of the controls I do think this is a great piece and with the caveat of the GA and power button, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice smartwatch that's not an "fruit" based product.
