“Really disappointed with my customer experience from Citizen Wolf, I found the Tee too tight and almost felt like a size smaller than normal, despite writing a previous review including photo’s and using the size guide on purchase, what I received was completely wrong and have received no follow up from Citizen Wolf . Looks like I’ve got an expensive rag.”

“These shirts are such a great fit using the magic fit system! I didn't expect it to get things so right first time considering I'm longer than average proportions. I'll be telling everyone how good these shirts are! Also love that they're only made when ordered!”

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry that you weren't 100% happy with your Tee. We would be happy to remake it for you in a heavier fabric, at no extra charge. You ordered the 145GSM Organic Cotton, and we have the heavier 180GSM Organic Cotton, if you'd prefer. I'd also be happy to organise a refund if you want to post or drop the item back to us in Marrickville. As a primarily online business, we understand that you may not always feel 100% happy when you first order. That's why we offer our perfect fit guarantee. If customers are not happy with the fit, we'll adjust it and remake the Tee, until it's just right. And, we're happy to remake your Tee in a fabric that you'll be happy with.
