“The initial fit is perfect, and it feels great to wear. But, already after a couple of wears the shirt started to yellow, and the fabric became stretched and doesn’t have the same fit as it used to.”

Hey Lachie thanks for your feedback that's extremely odd to hear and has never happened before, especially with that pink fabric. Please send it back and we'll investigate what happened as well as replace it with something else! We'll also obviously refund the postage once it arrives.

“Your algorithm cooked up an XXL that was really really tight. The t shirt looked loose on the website’s model so I was surprised at it being so form fitting. Didn’t love paying return postage for something I felt wasn’t my mistake. I like the replacement t shirt, just wished I had got it without the hassle of having to email in alterations. Also thought it was odd to be asked to send in a pic of me wearing the tight t, surely no-one would like sending off a photo of themselves looking crap in something? Hope this helps.”

Hey Richie, Thanks for taking the time to give honest feedback and we're very sorry to hear our first attempt was so far off the mark. Honestly that's highly unusual so we'll look into exactly what happened... In terms of our alterations process we normally refund return postage so if that didn't happen, again I'm terribly sorry and we'll rectify immediately either by refund or store credit. As for the photo, there really is no other way we can calibrate exactly what needs to change. We know it's slightly odd but it's a one-off process because once we do get your fit perfect we hold it on file so should you ever need more Tees in the future it's an incredibly simple process to reorder. Thanks again for your feedback and I can promise the process around your next Tee will be silky smooth...

“I am really impressed with the fit of my t-shirt. I was a bit worried at first as it felt a bit tight but I am now in love with it. It is a more "fitted" fit but now it feels just right. My weight has also been fluctuating a bit so I can't fault Citizen Wolf for that. The material feels great on the skin as well and the style of shirt means it's easy to dress up or down. I will be buying more.”

“Almost all the measurements were perfect, only issue is the T-Shirt is a fair bit shorter than expected - doesn't match the length on me as visually indicated on the online model photos. If I was to order again, I'd request an additional 5cm lenght”
