“Hi, I ordered 3 teeshirts all 3 came together. I wish they had sent 1 first as I would have ordered the rest a little bigger they are okay but this shouldn’t have happened. Also I paid 3 separate postage charges and received just 1 parcel.”

Hey Carol, Thanks for your feedback. Given that your Magic Fit details have changed since your last order, yes, we would usually make 1 first to confirm that you're happy with the fit, before completing the remaining Tees. We're sorry that this didn't happen. You made 3 orders, so you were charged a delivery fee for each order. But, the team will usually organise a refund for any additional postage. Once again, we're sorry that we missed this. We'll reach out for specific feedback about the fit and remake the Tees for you. The additional delivery costs have been refunded. You were also entitled to a 10% holiday discount + MULTI3 discount (10%). And, you'd only applied the 10% holiday discount to 2 of the 3 orders. So, we've refunded the appropriate amount from each order to ensure that you received the full discount. Cheers, The Wolves
