“I ordered a Long Crew T shirt and it was made for me in great time. I received it and it was packaged with care. Unfortunately, despite using the Magic Fit feature, my shirt was ill fitting. It was too big around the upper back, shoulders were too wide and neck area had gaping. Also my forearms area was tight. I emailed Citizen Wolf to advise and have sent the shirt back to be made to fit me. I haven't received it back yet but customer service have been supportive by sending me emails to ask my opinions of the alterations they want to do. So far, a pleasant experience and they are genuinely helpful in getting your clothing fitting well. Hoping to receive it soon”
