“This item works better as a bowel mover, than a tummy settler, but you have to drink lots of water not iced water, because the powder will not dissolve properly.
So far, I find with this product that it seems to very mildly calm my stomach but I still have lots of wind.
I have bought this item several times now and will probably continue to do so, when I can buy it for $25 or less.
This product seems to help somewhat and Mango flavour tastes better than berry.”
