“The ring we ordered was just as depicted in the photo on your website and delivery was as promised. We placed the order over the weekend and chose USPS 3-5 day delivery (with tracking, no signature needed). The ring was delivered Thursday which was perfect because we needed it by Friday afternoon before going out of town. The only suggestion I would make is to use a smaller box to ship the ring in; it was rather over-packaged.”

“I placed an order for 2 rings and within 4 days had my order, unfortunately, there was only 1 ring enclosed. I called Customer Service and they promptly returned my call and they said they would get another ring out asap. I was extremely happy with the reponse time, friendliness of the customer service rep and willingness to help me, as the 2nd ring was also a gift for Christmas.
