“I found the ring I wanted on your website and ordered it. I called the following day to ask a question about a confirmation and spoke with April. She was very helpful and informed me that it would be sent out the following day (Friday). I had not received an email confirmation of the shipping, so I called again on Monday. April, again, assisted me and found that due to the season, the jeweler was a bit busy, and that they would upgrade the shipping for me. That same evening, I received notification of shipment...NEXT DAY DELIVERY!!!! It arrived here in Oregon very shortly after lunch....and I proposed to my lady that evening. She is wearing the ring and smiling ear to ear. Thank you for everything. Indeed, you all are a very class act. You have not heard the last of me, and you'll be receiving all my business. “The ring was for my daughter who had lost a Claddagh ring that my father had given her years ago. She had just graduated with her BS in nursing and I didn't know what to get her. “Purchased this ring for my wife and was a little concerned with the size since she has such small fingers but she has not had any problems with the crown cutting into her knuckle. It looks absolutely gorgeous on her finger and we are both extremely pleased with it.”
