“The product was fantastic and my granddaugher loved her Christmas gift; however I am requesting the $6.50 I paid for three day shipping to be returned. Even though you stated that three day shipping was not guaranteed, it took a week to get to me. The product sat in Richmond CA for several days before it was delivered to me. Everything else I ordered was delivered if not on time, but early. I would appreciate the return of my $6.50. Thank you.”
