I did that then heard nothing for 24hours so emailed again.
I was then asked to send the wrong item back before the correct item that I had ordered would be sent out to me. Really???
It is now almost a week since I placed my order and through no fault of my own I’m still waiting.
Will never use this company again!”
“Can’t be sure if claimant I has any form of customer service. Paid for an order, the money was taken from my account and I was then sent an email stating my shipment will not be sent as it is pending payment. I emailed the information email and have still not received any contact back. Terrible customer service considering they’ve taken money from my account and are now withholding my order. Wouldnt be recommending this business nor will I be ordering from them again!”
