“I bought 20 of your old versions and have been using it for years and loved it. So excited about this one. Bought 10. However one didnt work and you have great customer service and replaced it. Now another isnt working . just shuts off. Then I have to remember to put it back on. Not really sure about this product. Dont think I can recommend.”
