“I have nothing to compare the filters physically, but for the units' effects, I have noticed differences. I have considered buying a few more. However, I have no idea when a filter is bad. Unlike regular HVAC units or the like, these filters are blackened out. I just received 3 new filters from you that I didn't order and , the cost? $30+ for 3 tiny filters? I'm concerned. I'm assuming you have a magic time to send me more but I'm not appreciating it. I'll order bulk and change out at my own determination if I knew what to look for to decide the filters are done.”
